Business Philosophy & Policies
Our business principles are straightforward:
- We exist as a firm because the solutions we find are useful and valuable to our clients.
- We tell you up-front whether or not we believe we can assist you. If we cannot, we will endeavour to direct you to a firm that can.
- We will immediately declare potential conflicts of interest so that you can make an informed decision on retaining our services.
- We set out clearly what work we agree to perform for you, under what terms and conditions we will perform that work, and what costs that work will attract. We price fairly, based on our experience of the work involved.
- We commit to the assignments we undertake: resources, time, knowledge and efforts to achieve an outcome that will satisfy you. Our many long-standing relations with clients attest to that commitment.
- We work with you and your team on the problem or matter at hand, combining our joint experience and expertise. We share our thinking and our knowledge with you as it evolves. Our reports do not contain surprises.
- We act with fairness and independence of judgement when providing advice to you.
- We meet our commitments to you, just as we expect you to meet those you make to us. If difficulties arise, we discuss them with you in a timely and open manner.
- We respect the confidential nature of information and knowledge you share with us, as we expect you to recognise and protect our intellectual capital.
- We provide you with information on assignment progress, to give you the degree of monitoring and control you require.
- We recognise and abide by all legislation applicable in the areas in which we operate.
