Since its foundation eighteen years ago in Sydney, Trudeau & Associates ('Trudeau') has advised the boards and management teams of local and foreign enterprises in the private and public sectors on matters of strategy development, organisational diagnostics and business performance enhancement, in difficult economic circumstances as well as periods of accelerated growth.

In the private sector, the organisations Trudeau advises are typically large entities by employee numbers, scale of operations and capitalisation. Often publicly-listed entities, they belong to one of three sectors: financial services; mining and allied industries; and the construction, property and development environment in its various dimensions.

In the public sector, clients have also gravitated to three categories: central direction-setting agencies of state government; the departments that oversee and regulate the activities of the private-sector companies active in the sectors mentioned earlier; and the state and local government agencies that interact with the private sector in the delivery of large infrastructure projects.

If many of Trudeau's engagements take place in Australia, the firm also has extensive and first-hand exposure to the US and, to a lesser extent, to the UK and European business environments.

The firm's geographic focus is Australian. Since 2000, it has acquired a loyal clientele in the US mining sector across Arizona, Colorado, Missouri and New Mexico. Other assignments have involved visits to New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Canada and the United Kingdom.
